Post-doctoral researcher Alechania Misturini has received the Best Poster Award at EuroMOF 2025, the leading international conference on metal-organic frameworks, covalent organic frameworks, and related porous materials. Her poster, “Solvent Responsive Pyrazolate Peptide Frameworks: Navigating Their Thermodynamic Landscape” provides molecular insights into the flexible behavior observed experimentally in a novel family of MOFs, assessing its solvent-dependent nature with simulations.
Pablo Ayala, a post-doctoral researcher at the Technische Universität Wien in Austria, was awarded for his poster “Modulated Synthesis of a New Titanium-based Metal–Organic Framework with Photocatalytic Activity under Red Light,” whose work was developed during a research stay at Funimat as part of his PhD.
